The session will include discussing your responses to a pre-meeting questionnaire, defining your goals and carrying out some basic movement screening and light exercise. The session will help us discover the best plan for you, your needs and your ability. Please note that this session does not give you a personalised programme, only an outline of what training and nutrition is needed to achieve your goals. From there, we can determine what best suits your needs.
